I spent most of my life being the woman who had it together.
The keys were a separate issue.

Took me until my fifties to figure out that holding it together and actually living are not always the same thing. The fear didn't go anywhere. It just stopped being in charge.

I write for the women who already know what they want, and are a little tired of pretending they don't. The books are short on purpose. The journals are spacious on purpose. The audiobooks exist because some things are easier to hear than to read.

If you find yourself somewhere in the middle of a quiet reset, you're in good company. Pour something warm. Take what's useful. Leave the rest.
